It's just that Cotto seems like he's taking this fight much more serious than Pacquiao at the moment. Cotto is on 12-week training schedule while Pac is on a 8-week schedule. Although, I'll admit Pac's last 2 fights were both 8-week camps.
weeks training differential would not matter in this event, also the size never matters when fighting is trusting by the God Almighty. Picture this fight between David and Goliath.
