Pacquiao vs Bradley Post Fight Press Conference Video - Here's the video and transcript of the after fight speeches and interviews of Timothy Bradley, and Manny Pacquiao.
Manny Pacquiao at the Pacquiao vs Bradley Post Fight Press Conference Video

"I respect the decision but I believe 100% that I won the fight. But anyway, we have to respect my opponent also. The decision has been done already. We have to give credit to him."
"To the fans, you know in your heart who won the fight. It's okay, that's part of the game. Being an athlete, the best attitude is respect and professionalism for this boxing world."
"I want to thank everybody for showing the support. I hope you're not dismayed or discouraged on the result of the fight. I'm still here, I can fight."
"This time we give thank to God before anything."
"Thank you to all the media and to all the press. Because of you, we become popular. My name is written in the history of boxing because of you guys."
"I didn't listen to the announcement because I believe that I won."
"I want the rematch. It is up to Bob Arum. That will make me a warrior in the upcoming three months. In the rematch, my thinking is I don't want to finish the whole 12 rounds."
"I was very thankful for Bob Arum for giving me an opponent who was always coming inside, and to fight toe to toe. I'm very excited for that. I thought he's not going to run. My goal is to knock him out. But what happened is he ran. I don't know why."
"I give him a couple of rounds, maybe 3 rounds. There are some rounds, where I relaxed. But almost every round I hurt him. I know he felt that."
"I really thought that Bradley will fight toe to toe. You know he's been announcing he's going to knock me down. In my training, my preparation is to fight inside. But in the fight, I'm surprised he backed off."
"Religion is personal. In the sports of boxing we have to respect what the judges did."
"I prefer to fight here in Las Vegas. MGM has promoted a lot of my fights."
"I think he was hurt everytime I landed my left hand."
"I tell you the truth, I don't even remember if he hurt me. He hit me with a couple of jab. I don't even remember if he hit me with solid punches in the face. Amazing on what they saw of this but it's okay."
"I have an exercise that we do in regular training. The equipment cannot fit inside so we prepared it on the other room. We did the exercise there before the fight in the treadmill."

"I want to thank Team Bradley. I want to thank my family, my wife and kids. I want to thank Top Rank. I want to thank my manager Cameron Dunkin. I want to thank HBO pay per view. I want to thank MGM for allowing me to go back here and do something that I've always dreamed of as a little kid."
"Pacquiao is a tough, tough warrior. This guy can punch, this guy has speed. He has everything, all the tools. I injured my left foot in the 2nd round, twist my ankle. Both of my ankles really, swollen. I got hit with some big shots early on. But you know I persevered. I went through the pain. And use my boxing ability towards the end to clear some rounds, maybe the last 5 rounds to victory."
"I want to thanks my fans that came out to see the fight."
"I'm still shocked. I don't really know what to say. But I'm happy, the new welterweight champion. My team and I we did it baby. I’m ready to shock the world. I definitely would like to do this again."
"You know I heard the boos at the end of the night, which is okay. But we need to definitely do this again in order on November. And let's make this more decisive."
"I think I step on the ref's foot, you know on the 2nd round. I twisted my ankle. Went back to the corner and said I think I broke my foot. My corner said 'Well, what do you want to do? Do you want to quit?' Well I keep going. I caught my second wind it was on the 6th. Felt a little tired. I felt I was carrying the fight with my jab. Make Pacquiao miss a lot. For the most part, a lot of the shots he was throwing missed."
"I had to step around. I felt the pain in my foot but I just had to block it out. Just keep on fighting. Just fight it through. I got one injured on the top part of the foot where I felt the pop here. And then I had another injury here where it's completely swollen on the side right here on my right foot."
"It's just my balance of the ring because was just spongy. Try to elude his strong shots. That left hand is very powerful. But once I got to start moving not only using my jab, it started a little bit easy. But I still have to be careful 'cause Manny he came on strong in spurts."
"I was told by my corner that I had to win my last couple of rounds to win the fight, plain and simple. My partner feels like I was winning the fight. Manny miss a lot of shots in there that everybody thought that he was hitting me with. He wasn't touching me. You can look at my face, I'm still pretty clean. He caught me a couple of times, I'll be honest. For the most part I just kept my composure, use my jab."
"He was fast, but he wasn't blazing fast. The thing that I like Manny is that he can put his punches together, like power shots. You know threes and fours. And they're all hard shots. I've never been in the ring with somebody who can throw six punches and all of them extremely hard. This guy very gifted, he place his shots very well. Uppercuts, step around to the side, right hand. He's very quick in there. He’s very smart, lots more than I thought he would be. He's more of an action fighter who likes to trade with those standing in front of him. When I go outside, use my jab, I control the action."
"You know what? The funny part was there are three judges out there. That's the way they judge. So what do you want me to do? That's the way they judge it. My corner felt I was winning the fight. There were three judges out there. Two of them felt that I won the fight. That's all I can say on that. But we definitely have to do it again. I am definitely going back to the drawing board. I know where my mistakes were. I should just go back and correct them."
"I felt those shots but I'm in really good shape. I didn't go down. Most of his opponents he faces go down or get hurt. But I got hurt once in there that's why I got to hold. He came with a bunch of punches. But you know I survive."
"He kept his hand pretty high. He blocked his body very well. He's very schooled. He kept trying me to fight him, to open me up. Try the big shots to knock me down. When I started going in the 7th round, Manny couldn't get off like he wanted to. He would come in with a left, make him miss. But the jab pretty much controlled the fight from 7 on."
"I never feel like I'm losing a fight. I felt like he caught me with some good shots in the round but I always felt strong in there. One round, I felt like damn he came on strong. I was like he won that round but you know I came out the next round and I controlled the action. He landed big shots in there. One big shot vs a lot of shots. 'Cause I was landing on him and I felt that I won the round."
"I just try to win. I go in there, sometimes be aggressive. I see him tired, breathing hard. Manny he gives you opportunity to fire at him. He wants you to open up so he can fire at you. At times I give him that opportunity and those are the time where he landed a big shot at me. But I went back to my corner, and just listen to them. I did my jab and just kept moving and at times I had to take chances go for it and bang the body a little bit to force the action."
"The rematch was all my idea. It’s just part of promoting a fight. You know, hyping it up. I felt like I was going to win the fight. Regardless of the circumstances, a lot of people think I didn't win the fight. So the rematch is in place. He's there, the date is there. Will definitely be a different fight in the rematch."
"My corner they just want me to box all night. Like I said I know I win. I came out aggressive at times. Just force the action and fight for the fans. I just want to win the rounds. That's it. At times I was boxing, I wasn't sure if I was winning rounds or not. Just have to be aggressive at times and just try to win the round."

Bob Arum at the Pacquiao vs Bradley Post Fight Press Conference
"This is totally different. This is a fight that respected people scored 11-1, 10-2. Everybody was talking how Bradley was trying hard but it was a mismatch. And to hear scores like we heard tonight is unfathomable. You look at the punch stats, well with your own eyes, well you saw. There's no way I can explain."
"Now, I've been in places where the hometown decision is outrageous, and you know what's happening. I don't think anything was happening here, except this people don't know how to score. They really don't. Two of the judges were judging fights when I first came to Las Vegas. And the truth is they're too damn old to judge anymore. That's the truth. And the third judge the lady, I don't think she has done a championship fight before. What the hell are these people... all three of them. Including the one they had 7-5 for Pacquiao. What were they looking at"?
"Everyone think like the Marquez Pacquiao fight, a lot of people thought Marquez won, a lot of people thought Pacquiao won, but it was close. Well everybody said it was close. This wasn't really a close fight."
"But I'm happy for Tim because he's a lovely young man and he's going to make a lot of money now."
"But let me tell you something. Not good for the sports of boxing. Everybody who watched it, will be able to watch it on the next few days, and then on HBO, are going to be totally and completely befuddled. How can you watch sports where you don't see any motive for any malfeasance, and yet come up with a result like we came up with tonight? How do you explain it to anybody?"
"I mean punch stats. Pacquiao lands at least double the power punches, he lands more jabs. His connect ratio is much higher. I mean, what fight were they watching?"
Freddie Roach at the Pacquiao vs Bradley Post Fight Press Conference Video

"I'm very proud of Manny. I thought that was the best fight since the Cotto fight. I told him he gave the 11th round away, I told him to pick it up, and finish this guy. In the 12th I said let's go for a knockout and he didn't pick it up. It’s only because I like knockouts. Bradley was very tough and very durable. So be it. But I thought we clearly won the fight."
"I think the judges have their eyes close. I'm not sure. Something wasn't right because what everyone saw and what they saw were two different things."
"I'm not sure if our last fight has something to do with it. Our last fight was a very close fight but I think Manny win by a little bit. Did they hold that against us? I'm not sure."
Bradley took some really good shots. He has a good chin, he's a tough guy. He chose not to fight midway through by moving away from Manny. I told Manny, Bradley is going to come all night but Manny said 'once he feels my power he's going to run.' And Manny was right."

Taken as a whole, Pacquiao vs Bradley 24/7 Episode 1,2,3,4 is a good introduction to casual boxing fans as to who Timothy Bradley is, and is also a short documentary to Pacquiao’s deepening religious beliefs. Viewed separately however, each Road to Pacquiao/Bradley episode is not strong enough to sustain the casual boxing fans attention.
Timothy Bradley is portrayed as a young, hungry fighter given a chance to prove his mettle against a great boxing icon. We get to see how he spends time with his family. Bradley also is taking this fight seriously as evidence of hard training that produces his muscular body. We also saw some sparring session as to what Bradley strategy on the upcoming fight: counterpunching with side to side movement. One obvious fact through: Pacquiao is the star in this fight, Bradley is not.
Hardcore Pacquiao fans will not see much in this series of 24/7, except for his newly strengthened religious fervor. We also see a discord among the Team Pacquiao, as Roach and Ariza has a difference of opinion pertaining to Ariza’s schedules and priorities. But apart from that, there’s nothing new here that Pacquiao fans already knows.
Overall, a solid 24/7 series, but lacking the extra punch that was showcased from the best of Pacquiao’s past 24/7 series.

Pacquiao vs Bradley Predictions
Jun 7, 2012

Manny Pacquiao vs Timothy Bradley Predictions - Let's break down the fight:
Bradley is bigger than Pacquiao
Both fighters are almost of the same height but Bradley is the more muscular fighter and has a two-inch reach advantage. But Pacquiao has fought much bigger fighters before. So Bradley's body advantage is not a big factor.
Pacquiao hand speed is faster than Bradley
When it comes to hand speed no one in welterweight is faster than Manny Pacquiao. Only the older Mayweather comes close.
Bradley has quick feet
Manny Pacquiao's weakness is he can't cut the ring with backpedalling fighters such as Cotto. Pacquiao had trouble finding the range when Mosley tried to go on the bike. When Pacquiao does his in and out movement, Marquez was able to follow him within punching range. Bradley can match Pacquiao foot speed. Bradley might just be the fastest fighter Pacquiao has fought in recent years.
Pacquiao can knock down Bradley
Pacquiao has been knocking down fighters most of his careers, so it will not be a surprise if Bradley goes down. Bradley has a warrior mentality and will go back up to fight another round.
Bradley will not knock out Pacquiao
Pacquiao has never been knocked out in many years. Does Bradley have the power to knock down Pacquiao?
Bradley is a prime, young fighter
Pacquiao, being 33 years old, has slowed down in recent years. He is no longer the "typhoon from the pacific," of his prime years. The "in and out" movement where he used his quick feet to spring out of trouble is not 100% anymore.
Bradley who is 28 years old will be able to outpace Pacquiao's fading but still legendary stamina.
Bradley head butts
Bradley main defense is duck and lunge with head. Whether intentional or not this habit can result in a head butt. Pacquiao, who is not 100% when he gets cut, might just get the butt treatment. When Bradley does this though, he is vulnerable to uppercut.
Bradley is an inaccurate volume puncher
Pacquiao is still an offensive machine even with his slowed down in and out footwork. His weird angle, accurate combo punches that mix his right hook and straight left is still deadly. Most of his opponent doesn't see the weird angle punches coming.
Bradley on the other hand is the "throw anything on the wall and see what sticks" type of puncher. Bradley sometimes throws sloppy punches like the wide side-loop and the messy-looking overhand right. Bradley fights on different ranges but he is most comfortable when he comes forward and fight on the inside. Pacquiao who has developed his counterpunching skill, will be better offensively than Bradley.
Prediction: Manny Pacquiao wins against Timothy Bradley via decision

Pacquiao vs Bradley Winner at Compubox Analysis Pacquiao Wins - Will "Typhoon Manny" blow past "Desert Storm" or will General Bradley engineer an upset that will change the course of history? Pacquiao is nearly a 4-1 favorite.
Is Pacquiao Past His Prime?
Between June 2008 (KO 9 David Diaz) and November 2010 (W 12 Antonio Margarito), Pacquiao experienced a "zone" few fighters ever experienced. During that six-fight span Pacquiao merged extreme volume with breathtaking precision. His combined 84.2 punches per round against Diaz, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey and Margarito were far above the divisional norms at 135 (63.4), 140 (60.3), 147 (58.4) and 154 (59.0) yet he avoided the volume-puncher's Achilles' heel of low accuracy as he landed a combined 34.6 percent (overall) and 47.1 percent (power).
He zoomed past the 50 percent mark in power connects three times -- 57.6 percent against Margarito, 58.6 percent vs. De La Hoya and 61.9 percent against Hatton -- and only his notoriously inaccurate jab prevented him from doing the same in terms of overall connect percentage.
But in his last two fights against Shane Mosley and Juan Manuel Marquez, Pacquiao has slipped technically and numerically. Part of that can be blamed on styles -- both Marquez and Mosley are gifted boxers with fast hands. But Pacquiao's recent slide can also be attributed to his taking fewer risks in punch selection, for his combined 26.1 power punches per round against Mosley and Marquez is less than half the 52.4 he averaged in his six "peak" fights. The good news for Pacquiao is that he's still landing at a high rate (46.9 percent) but the bad news is that he's throwing far fewer as well -- 83.3 then, 54.4 now. A less active Pacquiao is a more vulnerable one, but will Bradley be able to take advantage?
Bradley vs. Southpaws
Bradley has faced three left-handers in his last eight fights, including his two most recent assignments against Joel Casamayor (KO 8) and Devon Alexander (W 12). Bradley fans can take comfort that their man has improved his performance each time out:
Offense:
Vs. Witter -- 26.7 percent (overall), 31.5 percent (power)
Vs. Alexander -- 30.5 percent (overall), 34.6 percent (power)
Vs. Casamayor -- 40.0 percent (overall), 51.2 percent (power)
Defense:
Vs. Witter -- 19.2 percent overall (plus-7.5), 29.8 percent power (plus-1.7)
Vs. Alexander -- 27.2 percent overall (plus-3.3), 32.2 percent power (plus-2.4)
Vs. Casamayor -- 14.1 percent overall (plus-25.9), 24.3 percent power (plus-25.9)
One potential concern for Bradley fans is that their man fights much more carefully against left-handers than against orthodox fighters -- a bad sign if he encounters a rejuvenated Pacquiao. Against Casamayor, Alexander and Witter Bradley averaged 47.1 punches per round while against five right-handers that number jumped to 66.7.
However, while Bradley's volume is affected by left-handed stances his effectiveness is largely the same. He landed a combined 32.4 percent of his total punches against the southpaws and 33.0 percent against the righties while connecting on 40.2 percent of his power shots against southpaws and 46.9 percent against right-handers. Also, his jabs are slightly more accurate against southpaws (19.7 percent to 18.9 percent) and his plus-minus ratings are better (plus-11.4 overall and plus-10.4 power against lefties; plus-5.4 overall and plus 12.6 power against righties). Therefore, Bradley theoretically has the tools to deal properly with Pacquiao's southpaw stance.
Prediction: Pacquiao Wins
Like Mayweather against Cotto, Pacquiao will have his problems with the younger, highly motivated Bradley. This may also be bloody given Bradley's penchant for butting and Pacquiao's scar tissue. But like Mayweather, Pacquiao will rise to the occasion down the stretch and win a competitive decision.

Jessica Sanchez Singer of US National Anthem at Pacquiao vs Bradley - Jessica Sanchez, the American with Mexican-Filipino heritage, who was runner-up of the recent American Idol Season 11 has confirmed via Twitter that she will sing the "Star Spangled Banner." Her Tweet is as follows:
"So excited to sing the US National anthem for @MannyPacquiao vs. @TimBradleyJr @HBO Pay-Per-View this Sat @TRBoxing @HBOBoxing #PacBradley"
She sang the Star Spangled Banner during the recent National Memorial Day concert in Washington DC:
Jessica Sanchez isn't the first American with Filipino-Mexican heritage to sing the US National Anthem. Jasmine Villegas has Filipino and Mexican heritage and sang the US National Anthem in a couple of Pacquiao fights:
Jasmine V sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the following boxing matches:
- Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Márquez (a Mexican)
- Manny Pacquiao vs. David DÃaz (Mexican-American)
- Miguel Cotto vs. Antonio Margarito
- Juan Manuel Márquez vs. Joel Casamayor
- Manny Pacquiao vs. Ricky Hatton
- Victor Ortiz vs. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. boxing
Jessica also isn't the first American Idol alumni with Filipino heritage who sang the US anthem at Pacquiao fight.
Thia Megia of American Idol Season 10 sang the National Anthem at Pacquiao vs Marquez 3:
Ramiele Malubay of Season 7 sang the Star Spangled Banner at Pacquiao vs Cotto:
Thia Megia and Jasmine V is a good friend of Jessica Sanchez.
Manny Pacquiao has in the past chosen the singers of anthems, so since Pacquiao is one of those who supports Jessica it is safe to assume that Jessica was chosen by him:
It is interesting to note that Jessica who lives in California hasn't visited Pacquiao at his Los Angeles training camp. Instead the Pacman was visited by Season 11 Top 10 American Idol contestant Heejun Han:
Jessica Sanchez has a large Filipino following around the world and has appeared in various TV talk shows after almost winning the American Idol reality show.

Pacquiao vs. Bradley MGM Grand Las Vegas Arrival Video - Pacquiao and Bradley arrive at Las Vegas Nevada. This HBO video is from their official youtube channel, which shows short interviews by Kieran Mulvaney after both the fighter's arrival.
Reporter: As you can see the Filipino boxing icon is in the ring. There is a huge commotion here. Pacquiao is fighting Timothy Bradley at the MGM Grand on Saturday. There's no doubt which is the superstar. There's no doubt which is the favorite. A lot of very confident Pacquiao fans. But a lot of folks that have studied boxing knows that Bradley is a dangerous man too.
Fans Interview
Fan with blue shirt: I definitely give Timothy Bradley a chance because, look, he hasn't lost a fight yet. And he's a fighter that takes chances. Of course, this is his biggest fight, and he's going to take that chance. And he, throughout the 24/7 series is through training camps is taking chances.
Fan with baseball cap #1: Bradley doesn't stand a chance I think maybe middle rounds. He's going to get knocked out.
Fan with baseball cap #2: I just think Pacquiao is going to take it. I think he's going to win by knockout.
Fan with an accent: You got to give it a hand to Bradley for stepping up to the mark to do it, but you know the way Pacman does it. He's a strong ox and he digs deep and he's looking really, really good.
Fan with undershirt: It's going to be a good fight. I think Pacquiao is going to win.
Girl fan #1: I'm going with Pacquiao. I'm a big fan of him, so hopefully he wins.
Big guy fan: This is just a tune-up, and hopefully we get to see Manny and Mayweather.
Reporter: Everybody we talk to pretty much say that Pacquiao is going to win, are you one of those?
Girl fan #2: Yes, I am one of those.
Fan with baseball cap #3: When Pacquiao gets into his rhythm, he will find a way to defeat Bradley.
Timothy Bradley Arrival
Reporter: You've been waiting for a long time, for the opportunity to shine on the big stage. This is it. This is the biggest stage of them all. How do you feel?
Bradley: Feeling good, feeling very confident as usual. This is the last week, and I'm focused and ready to go. I am determined to prove that I'm the best fighter in the world.
Reporter: A lot of folks, who studied boxing, knows who you are, knows you are a good fighter, and knows you're undefeated. The public somewhat doesn't know you. We've been asking people around here what they think: everyone said that Manny is going to win. Does that motivate you?
Bradley: Absolutely, every little thing motivates me negatively. Anybody can say whatever they want. You know what I'm out there to prove. I'm a better fighter than Manny Pacquiao. I want to get rid of this guy. I'm definitely going in there trying to knock this guy out.
Freddie Roach Arrival
Roach: Who has he knocked out? Come on he knocked out a couple of stiffs. He can't punch. All that muscles and he can't punch. Give me a break.
Reporter: Is there anything he brings to the table that you are concerned about?
Roach: No, nothing. The more he comes, the more he gets hit.
Reporter: He said he's going to get aggressive. He's a forward type of fighter. He's just not playing into Manny's hands.
Roach: The biggest weapon he has is his forehead. That's the best punch. That's what we have to watch out for.
Reporter: How do you think it's going to go?
Roach: We will knock him out.
Reporter: Early?
Roach: It Could be a really late knockout, because he presses the action.
Manny Pacquiao Arrival
Pacquiao: I feel so happy, and I'm excited for the fight that a lot of people are coming here to support me. Thank you to all the fans.
Reporter: A lot of people here are predicting you're going to win this perhaps by knock out. You're the big favorite. But Timothy Bradley is a dangerous opponent is he?
Pacquiao: I'm not taking this fight lightly. I consider this fight as one of the hardest. But in Jesus’ name, if I work hard, everything will be fine.
Reporter: How are you feeling? You talk about a lot of distractions in your life. Are you feeling focused?
Pacquiao: This training camp is very different. I'm very focused, and I have peace of mind. I'm happy, especially that my family is with me.

Pacquiao Final Workout at Wildcard Gym, Los Angeles - Pacquiao showed his side to side, in out, and backpedalling footwork to the media. In this video you can clearly see that he is prepared for the head butting that may come from Bradley by moving out of harms way. A lot of combo counterpunching and going to the weak hand side, which is the left side of Bradley. The right hook roll under is also utilized.

Bradley got weights in his ankle as he moves around side to side in a circular motion double jabbing with his left hand followed by a straight right.
He asked the media questions, which he himself answers:
"I got a question for you all: What side does Manny moves the most? He moves to the left side a lot."
"Another question: does Manny fight forward or backwards? Which way does Manny fight better? He only moves forward, he has to control the action."
"What's Manny's best defense? His offense. His hands to his face."
"What's his best punch? I think his best punch is his straight left. His right hook is not his best punch. "
"Which side does he got on his last fight. Right eye."
"What have I gotta do to beat Manny? What's the game plan? Start fast, take it to him, counterpunch. I gotta have a perfect fight."
"What would be the most effective in punching this guy? What should I do? Straight right hand."
"They all scared to fight Pacquiao. You saw Shane Mosley(pawing), with his 'give me five.' Too much respect. It's a fight. We shake hands at the center of the ring, and after the fight we hug, whatever. During the fight I'm gonna give you my business."
