Money May Floyd Mayweather Reaction to Pacquiao vs Marquez 4
"My prayers go out to the Pacquiao family. I know he loves the sport of boxing, so hopefully he can bounce back."
- Floyd Mayweather on Twitter https://twitter.com/FloydMayweather/status/278153568274493441
Money May has only fought once in the year 2012, winning against Miguel Cotto. A December 2012 ESPN.com article from Dan Rafael revealed that Mayweather plans to fight twice on 2013. The opponent is yet to be named and a tentative fight date was set for May 4, 2013 and Sept. 14, 2013. That Money May will fight again is certain, but to whom and when Floyd next fight is a variable that is yet to be determined.

Jinkee was emotional after the Marquez 4 fight and is still evident during this interview. Manny Pacquiao is emotionally affected by his wife’s reaction. Arnold Clavio and Rhea Santos-De Guzman is the host for the show.
The video is in Tagalog (translated in English below)
Arnold Clavio: Friends, we are talking today to eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee Pacquiao. Good afternoon, congressman Manny and Jinkee. Jinkee Pacquiao: Good morning.
Manny Pacquiao: Good morning there (looks at his wrist watch).
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Hi Manny, hi Jinkee.
Arnold Clavio: You first Manny, how are you? How’s your health?
Manny Pacquiao: I’m okay, I’m fine (smiles).
Arnold Clavio: Jinkee the world was shocked when they saw your reaction. How are you today?
Jinkee Pacquiao: I’m okay.
Arnold Clavio: What was going through your mind when you saw Manny in a bad situation inside the ring?
Jinkee Pacquiao: I was scared for what happened to him because it took him a while to get up.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Manny, Jinkee…
Manny Pacquiao: …yes?
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Our news source told us that you’ll be back on Wednesday. Will that continue? Do you have clearance from your doctor that you can travel?
Arnold Clavio: There’s no problem. I got out of the hospital after the checkup.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: As of this time, do you feel any pain?
Manny Pacquiao: None.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: That’s good.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Our news source told us that you still watched your fight with Juan Manuel Marquez? What can you say? Did you lack in your performance? Are you open? Or did you give all your best?
Manny Pacquiao: My preparation was not lacking. If you saw the fight, at the initial rounds, I was aggressive. My movement is fast up to the 6th round. And my movement is good [cough], but sometimes things happens.
Arnold Clavio: You didn’t really see the incoming punch Manny.
Manny Pacquiao: The reason is I was confident when I heard the last 10 seconds warning. I fake with him twice, I was outbalanced in the 2nd one, and he straight me.
[Manny and Jinkee speaks to their children briefly about personal life. Jinkee cries.]
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Friend, I want to find out the feelings of a wife and mother. Because we’re wife too, we can relate to Jinkee while we saw Manny is down. Jinkee, what was going through your mind at that point?
Jinkee Pacquiao: Fear. I was shaking, I didn’t know what happened. It’s the first time I saw him not get up. A boxer life is on the line… [Sobbing]… But thank God he’s okay that’s the most important thing. He’s okay, and the worst didn’t happen… [Crying]
Arnold Clavio: Manny, how do you alleviate the fear of Jinkee. What did you do and what did you say to her?
Manny Pacquiao: Thank God that I’m still breathing. [Smiles] And he saved me from harm.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Manny the world stops in the Philippines. Everyone was praying that you stand up. And finally, with God’s grace you stand up.
Manny Pacquiao: I didn’t know that I was upside-down. [Smiles]
[TV Anchors Laughs]
Arnold Clavio: Jinkee, Manny has upcoming fights. There seems to be an April fight, if it’s up to you, what’s your plan?
Jinkee Pacquiao: [Sobbing] Manny knows my answer. He knows what I want.
Arnold Clavio: Win or lose you’re with him.
Jinkee Pacquiao: Yes, of course… [Cries] I’m here for him. [Crying] I’ll take care of his children. [Cried and hugged Manny]
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Jinkee, you are an inspiration.
Arnold Clavio: [Jokes] Looks like there will be a 5th child.
Jinkee Pacquiao: [Sobbing] I’m too emotional when it comes to my husband. When my husband goes out, I sometimes couldn’t sleep because he might not return. [Crying]
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Manny maybe that deserve an answer, what do you have to say to Jinkee?
Arnold Clavio: Talk to him Manny.
Manny Pacquiao: I’m holding back the tears.
Arnold Clavio: Hug her.
Manny Pacquiao: [Comforted her]… It’s okay. Thank God. Thanks for the fans for the support… [Sniffing] … That’s really…
Arnold Clavio: Go ahead Manny. We will understand you Manny if you want to cry… That’s okay, it’s just sometimes… but like what we Filipino says, we’re with you when you’re on top, and we’re with you more now that you’re down.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: We’re very proud of you Manny and we love your family.
Arnold Clavio: You are still the champion in our hearts, no matter what happened yesterday.
Manny Pacquiao: [Wipe tears] I’m okay. To all the people who supported me, I want to make them happy. They are all sad now. I hope that there’s no problem, I accepted the defeat, that’s my job. When the time comes you have to accept defeat. But when I see the reaction of the people, the Filipinos, that many cried, especially a family who cries, it hurts me.
Rhea Santos-De Guzman: Manny, we’re not sad because we’re with you on Christmas. Thank you very much for making the Filipinos happy.

Round 6 Knockout Video KO Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 Highlights - GMA, one of the leading TV network in the Philippines, has released in their official YouTube channel a news segment featuring the highlights of the Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 fight.
The words are in Tagalog (translated in English below).
TV Anchor: Friends, a dot was placed at the end of the decade long rivalry between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez on who is the king of the ring. At their fight in Las Vegas, Marquez knocked Pacman twice. The last one ended the fight.
Pacman was knocked out in 6th round and for a brief moment was unconscious. Based on the tally of boxrec.com, 1999 was the last year that Pacman got knocked out.
The breathtaking clash was witnessed by Chino Trinidad.
Round 1 by Chino Trinidad: At the beginning of the fight, our National Fist quickness was visible. It was somewhat a proof, on the promise, that he would return to his ferocious ways for his confrontation with someone who can be considered as one of his closest rival. Even this early, the National Fist punches connected.
Round 2 by Chino Trinidad: The bell hasn’t even rung yet, but Manny Pacquiao is already standing, rushing to a waiting Juan Manuel Marquez. Manny is still on the attack mode.
Round 3 by Chino Trinidad: The National Fist is still aggressive, while Dinamita was somewhat saving his strength. A minute before the end of round 3, something happened that was a surprise to all. For the first time in their long rivalry, Marquez knocked down Pacquiao using a strong right hook. Manny was counted but stood up and continued to fight. Instead of attacking and capitalize on his lead, Dinamita became cautious on attacking.
Round 4 by Chino Trinidad: The warriors exchange punches resembling a street fight. Pacquiao was like a soldier who became braver after the knockdown on the previous round. But the Mexican didn’t yield, who also poured on strong combinations.
Round 5 by Chino Trinidad: Pacquiao’s aggressiveness hasn’t change. Until the arrival of something that everyone was waiting for. Pacman released his killer left, and Marquez was shook. Manny got a knockdown revenge.
Round 6 by Chino Trinidad: Marquez was bloodied. His mouth was swelling after catching strong punches from the National Fist. Pacquiao capitalize on this, releasing combinations. What looks like a Marquez mouthpiece flew. The crowd at MGM Grand Arena shouted. Like they said, Pacquiao’s fierceness returned. At the sound of the last 10 second mark, both flurry.
A few seconds remaining, Manny was gearing up when all of a sudden… the National Fist landed on his forehead after catching a solid right from Dinamita. Manny couldn’t get up immediately. Jinkee was crying, wanting to be close to Manny. In that moment, a dot was placed at the collision of Pacquiao vs Marquez.

Pacquiao vs Clottey Philippines Crowd Reaction Video - Every electricity generating power station in the Philippines was generating energy so as to avert any power outages during Pacquiao's fight. This was done so that Filipinos can once again watch Manny Pacquiao live.
The 12 round fight might not generate much electricity between the fighters, as Joshua Clottey's not so thrilling methodical (some would say boring) style contrast those of dynamic Pacquiao, but the country can at least relief in sigh that there was enough around to cheer about.

Pacquiao vs Cotto Philippines Crowd Reaction Video - Filipinos rejoiced over the stunning victory of Pacquiao, that briefly brought unity among army troops and guerrillas and grounded traffic to a halt in his Southeast Asian homeland.

Oplan Ondoy is a Manny Pacquiao Foundation project to help raise awareness at the destruction caused by Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana).
Cotto's trainer, Joe Santiago, said they were satisfied with the work of the first two sessions of sparring.
"We are in our second home and everything goes to plan. The boy (hired to spar with Cotto) is an excellent resource. He knows to do his job very well," said Santiago.
"He is left-handed and fast as Pacquiao... looks like a lot," he added. "If there is any difference, is that he has more defense than Pacquiao. Cotto has done well (with the left-handed position of the rival). We were already working with some sparring we had in Puerto Rico before coming here."
In the coming weeks, according to Santiago, the workload will intensify until about the last week of October, when the day approaches to travel to Las Vegas.
"In those last weeks, we will bring two more guys to spar, to come fresh and force him to use the effort we are looking for those days that help us prepare for the 12 rounds," said Santiago.
"If it ends before, then so be it, but we'll go with the necessary condition to fight with intensity for 12 rounds."
Speaking of condition, Santiago guaranteed that Cotto will mark to the 145 pounds on the official weigh day, rejecting the arguments of Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach. In the Philippines, Roach predicted that Cotto might mark pounds over the agreed weight as happened to Floyd Mayweather vs. Juan Manuel Marquez. Roach also said that the fight contract included an agreement to ease the penalty if he weighed more.
"That's not true," said Santiago. "And Cotto, no doubt, will weigh 145 pounds," he said.
Freddie Roach Baguio City Arrival Video - Trainer Freddie Roach, conditioning coach Alex Ariza, and Wild Card enforcer Rob Peters arrived in Baguio City. Pacquiao and Roach begins their mitt session.
Here's what Freddie Roach has to say afterwards:
“Manny looked today as if he is ready to fight on Saturday. Manny’s already sharp and he did what I wanted him to do. He moved as if he’s already been training the past two months.”
“If I didn’t know better, I would think he was in the gym for a month. His combinations are fast and his power is already there. His mind-set, we’re on the same page that we know how to fight Cotto.”
“The power and the speed is right there today. I am very impressed.”
“He wanted to make an impression on me and he certainly did.”
“Without a doubt, this is our best start. He’s now in great shape and I’m fine with that.”
“I love it. The ring is nice,”
“We will try to set the pace and not allow Cotto to do it.”
“I’m training Manny not to get hit,” said Roach, "how to parry."
Manny Pacquiao’s training will be then restricted tommorow and closed for viewing. The next media day would be on Bob Arum arrival Thursday next week.

"When it's time for me to enter training, I would be unstoppable. I want to punish myself from practice. So don't worry."
"When I train, its different from other boxers. I like punishing my body."
On Cotto
"The reason why Cotto trained early is because he needs to reduce his weight. He's concerned about his weight. So he needs at least 3 months so that he can lose weight."
"Cotto cannot be underestimated."
“I know the style of Cotto. Big, strong, and smart. Hes good that's why we don't need to be overconfident."

Arroyo presented him with an encased copy of a presidential proclamation, which called for a national celebration Monday for Pacquiao, who was described as a "boxing legend" whose "life and victories inspire the Filipinos to have resiliency and dedication to triumph against all odds."
