Manny Pacquiao Baguio City Hall Courtesy Call - Baguio City Mayor Reinaldo Bautista Jr. receives Manny Pacquiao at Baguio City Hall during a courtesy call. The mayor is thankful that Manny choose their city as a training location. Baguio is celebrating its 100 years centennial. Pacquiao receives a symbolic key of Baguio City.
Hundreds of city hall employees left their work to meet and cheer the champion. Many of them tried to break into the security, wishing to get an autograph or pictures with him.
During the courtesy call, Pacquiao said his decision to run for congress is certain, that he will be announcing his candidacy, that retirement from boxing is near.
Freddie Roach is happy for Pacquiao, but he has one wish for his star pupil before the curtains closes: defeat Mayweather.

It well be a great fight but Mayweather will beat Pacman so bad or by point ether one Pacman is just to small and will just get OUT BOXED like what happend to Pacman vs Eric Moralas 1 that is the blue print for Pacman vs Mayweather. i think Pacquiao can take on Mayweather...it will be a great match and not once sided like it was with Mayweather vs. JMM. those that say that pacquiao is too small and not as skilled as mayweather...pacquiao, as great a boxer he is, is getting better at every fight...and when you couple that with his success with moving up to weight without sacrificing his speed and power, one has to agree that he CAN be the guy to beat Mayweather. i have no doubts that he can beat mayweather...but pacquiao will have to train like he's never had before so he can match up to mayweather's size and at the same time have his power and speed
pacquiao has also been getting better with defense...so if he improves a little more, it will be sufficient to take on the counterpuncher mayweather
