   I would like to see Pac win, and think he probably will. But people seem to be underestimating Cotto. Cotto is a tough tough guy, probably tougher than anyone Pac has faced. It might not be as easy as every says. Cotto could give him some real trouble.
   
   The key to success is for Team Pac and Freddie Roach in particular to stay modest and stick to the game plan. The time will come when they get over confident and get burned bad. It might not be this might, and it might not be the next, but that's typically the way things go (remember Buster Douglas?). Freddie needs to stick with what has worked before and realize that Cotto is not going to be a walk-over.
   
   My perfect world result is that Pac KO's Cotto, Mayweather decisions Marquez, then next year Pac DEMOLISHES Mayweather!

   Please tell Idol Pacquiao to sport only his trunks instead of wearing shorts on his nex weigh-in schedule...He's got a phenomenal body and he should show his wonderful body even exposing his thighs to the audience!!!    i like manny and cotto. both are my favorite fighters.doesnt matter who wins they both already earned my respect, not just for being tough warriors but probably for being the 2 most humble boxers in boxing history.im mainly a pac man fan but ive seen a lot of cottos fights to know that he can be very dangerous for manny. and also knows what manny can do to cotto.both fighters have the ability to knock each other out. i would not even bet on this fight. whoever fights smart and careful that night wins.

   Cotto can hit but is slow as hell. Cotto will be hit so many times his face will be messed UP. Why are Cotto fans upset about the weight it only two pounds you can take a shit and already loss a pound, his last fight Cotto weighed 146.    they are both great fighters! but i believe the speed, power and "timing" of pacman is the big asset for this fight. well cotto also has the ability to take punches, and no doubt cotto is the elephant in the ring. so the fight will last to 12Rds in favor for pacman, but the slowness of cotto compare to pacman speed can also make a possible accident like what hatton happened in the second rd.

   I see Cotto coming out using his jab to keep Manny at bay for the first few rounds trying to find a hole to slow Manny with body punches. I see Manny coming out the way he has been for the last couple of years. I can't see why ppl don't notice Manny's defensive flaws as it's not necessarily evident as he's been great busy offensive fighter, it's like being swaarmed by bees. Cotto's chin was tested by Torres and he prevailed in that fight. He was quite impressive with a hard punching Zab J and a foot fast Mosley which are qualities Manny both possess. Easy to see Manny getting a TKO, difficult to see total domination by Cotto, but Cotto knows what he needs to do to win as well. As the cliche goes, styles make fights. It'll be a good fight if not FOTY. Boxing needs an upset, cheer for the champ but bet on the underdog.

   I think, the match up of Manny P. against M. Cotto is a big mismatch. I can see a TKO in an early rounds...Manny can send Cotto to the E.R department and if not could possibly kill him by powerful punches of Manny the 'pound4pound' champ, or an early retirement of Miguel Cotto this year.    I can see a mismatch in this fight. I can see another TKO in this fight. Three things that will probably happen to M. Cotto "The Pride of Puerto Rico" after the fight:
   
   1. he will acquire serious injuries, so paramedics should be alerted, in case of his loss of conciousness.
   
   2. an early retirement and the loss of confident of many people in his ability to fight in another match up
   
   3. a life to remember TKO by Manny as he will have a new record in history of boxing "7th world championships in different divisions"

   I strongly belive that cotto will ko pacquiao. cotto is a clever fighter unlike de la hoya "weight drained", and hatton. Besides, he is also very strong and tested for his strenght against speed and much bigger opponents. I feel pacquiao struggle on this fight and will get "ko" between 6 and 9 round.

   Pacquiao likes to mix it up.When he does do it,he gets a bit disorganized.He's defense is he's offense .He's throws punches like a mad men with his blistering speed.Cotto is more mental,analizing his opponent.Those who say that Cotto will be ko by Pac really don't know how they can get to that conclusion.Cotto has never been knockout.He's chin is made of granite.This will be a close fight.Taking all things into consideration I believe if pac keeps his distance and moves continuosly he will win.If he mix it up with Cotto he will win.

   Everybody believed Hatton was big, strong and can take PacMan punch. Nobody felt he can be knocked out in the 2nd round, much less knocked down in the 1st. Everybody believed PacMan tried to bite more than he could chew on ODLH. Nobody thought ODLH would quit on his stool. Again, I can't imagine getting knocked down much less knocked out. But who knows, PacMan gave us surprises after surprises. I believe PacMan really was a born warrior for us to enjoy. I also feel he is yet to surprise us yet again. Enjoy him while he's still fighting. It may take another 30 years before another one like him excite the sweet science.

   Manny has a big heart, but he is stepping into the ring with a natural welterweight he will go via knockout...if he could be knocked out by a featherweight when he was in that division...will not be a problem for Cotto, he'll make a lot of money and leave the sport.    Pac-man...I love the guy, but I honestly believe he went a bit too far this time. He could come out of his corner with a 2x4 and he won't ko Cotto. He's the money maker but on the 14th he will be out boxed, out punched and knocked out.
   I don't see Freddie Roach as confident as he was with DLH and Hatton. He trained DLH so he knew his limits as an older fighter. Ricky Hattton's achilles tendon was exposed by Mayweather.
   Sugar Shane couldn't outbox Cotto, Zab Judah caught him with an uppercut from hell and didn't phase him and Margarito with loaded gloves didn't really put the lights out. I just can't see it.

   The bigger they are, the harder they fall. According to Fredie Roach, they will not fight Cotto if he comes in more than 2 lbs heavier than 145 lbs. That means Cotto can come in at 147 lbs, pay the US$2M fine and Manny will still fight him. Cotto fans should not make the weight an excuse if their fighter loses to Pacquiao. He and his manager agreed to this and they can actually come in at 147 lbs if they're not comfortable with 145 lbs. (why agree to it in the first place?).    I can of sense a bit of frustration this time around from Freddie Roach while training Manny...I don't see the same attitude in the camp as in the Hatton camp. I take my hat off to both camps though, they have conducted themselves like true professionals.    I think the nite for manny is over..he was lucky when he fought against marquez because i dnt know what type of fight the judges where seeing because marquez in the first fight gave him a good boxing lesson and whatever the people say we all know marquez was superior and that was his fight is a shame that the fight was a stolen fight.In the second fight marquez wasnt in a good fighting stand marquez fell and thats y once again manny got lucky and the judges gave him the fight..but on 14 of nov the LUCK IS OVER
