   I can't wait for the fight. I'm getting so anxious watching the 24/7 shows. What world class production to make very simple lives of boxers become so interesting. I haven't been this excited for a boxing match since Lewis vs Tyson. I'll say it again that 24/7 blows UFC countdown shows out of the water.

   both great fighters with big big hearts, inside and outside of the ring. 24/7 is a great show. i jus believe manny wont beat oscar.. hell keep oscar busy for the first couple of rounds and then manny will fall asleep from a de la hoya left hook.

   im hoping for manny but I have a feeling this one's gonna be for oscar, because of his size and reach. with that advantage he could just pull a lennox lewis strategy which is jab jab punch. lennox retired as the heavyweight champ with only two loses in his career. although i found his fights to be boring because of his defensive jab jab style, one thing for sure is that it works.

   People are fazed with Oscar being too big and huge and yadayadayada. They think it's a walk in the park for him. That's wrong. Pacman works hard in the gym every minute, every second. Inevitibly, Oscar will have his moments on Manny. But THAT's why Pac is training vigorously, so when De la Hoya is able to slip thru one of his punches, he's not going to go down. Poeple think just one shot, PacMan his out. Unbelievable!

   I can't believe the amount of smack people are talking about De La Hoya. Can you name another fighter in the sport today who has fought as many future hall-of-famers as De La Hoya has?
   
   We've been unfortunate enough to live in an era with virtually no heavyweight division to speak of. In lieu of that, Oscar has single-handedly saved boxing. Win or lose, the man is a legend who any fan of the sport should respect and admire for what he has contributed.
