The old Ricky Hatton is back, dominating his fight with Paulie Malignaggi from the second round all the way through 11th before Malignaggi's Trainer Buddy McGirt decided to put a halt to the bout 28 seconds into the 11th round.

Hatton has so dominated the fight that when the 11th round arrive there was really never was never really in doubt. Performance wise, he was better, definitely an elite fighter, compared to Malignaggi. When it comes to points, all judges had him winning all rounds, except for the 1st round which one of the judges gave to Malignaggi. In terms of punching statistics, Hatton landed more power punches 99 compared to Paulie's 25.

At the end of the fight, Ricky repeated his challenge to the winner of Oscar De La Hoya vs Manny Pacquiao.
