After trading punches with Manny Pacquiao at Wild Card Gym, Amir Khan, the lightweight from Britian, thinks Manny Pacquaio can win against Oscar de la Hoya. Golden Boy's height of 5'10" is advantage for him, but despite of this Khan still beleives that Manny can prevail.

"Manny's in great shape -- very explosive, very fast, you don't know where his punches are coming from. He's got a good chance to beat Oscar," said the 5'11" Khan. "I'm very quick, with a good jab like Oscar, and I'm taller than Manny, like Oscar," he said. "It'll make Manny think about what's coming."

Amir said that Pacquiao’s fast nature movement as a counterbalance for his sudden weight jump.

"Manny's so sharp and quick. Speed is power," he said. "Manny's got a good chin to handle what Oscar throws at him. He'll just be too explosive for Oscar, and he's a big puncher himself."

Freddie Roach, who also trains Khan, said he's happy with Amir's recent sparring with Manny Pacquiao. The sparring and training sessions have Amir and Manny is beneficial for both boxers, Roach said.

“It’s good work for Manny, and a great confidence builder for Khan,” Roach said. “His height and reach is a challenge for Manny, and Amir is such a great athlete. He’s been doing really well in the sparring.”
