Oscar de la Hoya and Manny Pacquiao were greeted by a bunch, to a greater extent 300 San Francisco Bay Area boxing fans, at the Golden Gate Park, as both fighters proceeded on their planned national promo tour of their fight this forthcoming December.

"Yesterday, Oscar said to remember the Alamo, well Oscar, I'm not old enough to remember the Alamo," said Pacquiao, "I'm a warrior and will fight to my last breath, on my last leg."

"Manny, on December 6th, look into my eyes, fight hard and fight in front of me, be ready for a war," said De La Hoya. He thereafter sang a Tony Bennett tune.

Meanwhile, Roach started his address with "Oscar, I brought a present for you." Roach then took a toy gun addressing De La Hoya. "You know you can't pull the trigger anymore," before a laughing crowd.

Roach was then was countered by De La Hoya's recent coach, Beristain. "I just want to say I'm very disappointed in Freddie Roach, I used to respect him as a trainer but he has lost all of his ethics," said Beristain in Spanish. "I think he is expressing jealousy."

"I look at all the monuments on this press tour, they represent dreams of those who formed this country" said De La Hoya, "That's what this fight represents for boxing, it's a dream match and it's going to be one hell of a match, rest assured."
