Pacquiao: Stronger than David Diaz?

Pacquiao said that moving up in weight not a problem for the upcoming Pacquiao vs Diaz fight. "I believe that I'm stronger than him at 135 pounds. I think I can fight at 140 pounds," Pacquiao said. It is interesting to note that a few weeks ago Freddie Roach said "I think he will even be stronger (at 135 lbs)."
