David Diaz throws out the first pitch for the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday night, June 10th prior to the start of their game against the Atlanta Braves in front of a packed house of 41,624 at Wrigley Field. He was announced as the WBC lightweight champion, before throwing the pitch. The Cubs, sporting the best record in baseball, trounced the Braves 10-5 to start the three game series.
