Manny Pacquiao and David Diaz held their Public Pep Rally at 12 Noon at Federal Plaza, 230 S. Dearborn, corner of Adams and Dearborn. This move is part of Top Rank's promotion for the Manny Pacquiao vs David Diaz on June 28 in Las Vegas.


The downtown Chicago pep rally was arranged by Top Rank head Bob arum as part of a series of promotional activities in some United States cities. The crowd wasn't really that big in downtown chicago during the pep rally because it was held during working hours.
