Yahoo! Sports, has listed Manny Pacquiao as one of the movers and shakers in the boxing industry. Yahoo! Sports criteria includes people whose decision affects the fights that are made, which will be on television and which will be on pay-per-view, who gets a title shot and who does not.

Manny Pacquiao is among the four boxers included in the list. The other three boxers includes Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather Jr., and Bernard Hopkins.
